Our classes are held in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with the emphasis on learning and sharing in the Tai Chi Experience. Our classes are normally made up of a mixture of ages and abilities.
Beginners are always welcome and are taught individually for the first few lessons within the class, the environment that we create means that individuals can progress at their own pace.
Health and well being will come with time as well as knowledge and skill.
The main emphasis of our class is on the health benefits of Tai Chi and Chi Kung although the martial aspect of Tai Chi Chuan can also be touched on for those individuals who are interested in this aspect of the Art..
