I have just received Lee Wedlake's and Tom Baeli's monthly contribution to our site which I have posted up on the site.

Tom's words on the value of friendship are quite touching. Lee's contribution has some interesting and profound lessons within. Have fun reading them and let me have feedback so that I can pass it on to Lee and Tom.

I must say that I look forward to recieving their posts as I never know what to expect!

    Great stuff gentlemen thankyou.

We will be changing tour venue for training later this month so please check out our class details page for the update.

    Until Next Time

  • Tai Chi by the Canal

Here we are again after the Easter Break. While the school was closed we took a two week vacation on a narrowboat on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal up in Yorkshire. we had sun, sleet, snow, hail, rain and winds. It was great!

Working the boat along the canal and through the locks and swing bridges was great fun. We found that after a few days we were getting up when it was light and settling down for the night when it became dark. We started naturally to follow the rhythm of the day and night cycle as we were much closer to nature than when living in our house in Plymouth.

The air was fresh and it was peaceful oh so peaceful!

Tai Chi by the canal early in the morning was a great chance to connect with Mother Earth and it certainly set me up for the day's work ahead. Check out the pictures.

Here we are now back to reality and I have uploaded the Monthly Musings from my Teacher Lee Wedlake and his Teacher Tom Baeli for you to read and ponder over. Once again gentlemen thankyou for your time in writing your contributions for our website.

If you have feedback or questions on their musings then just email them to me and I will forward them to Lee and Tom.

    Until Next Time

  • Our Tai Chi Class Ages

First of all I want to thank everyone in class for their hard work and dedication to their own personal Tai Chi Journey.

The natural movements of Tai Chi lend themselves to be suitable for a broad range of ages and this is reflected in our small but growing class.

Our age range currently is from 12 up to 70 years of age and for me that is very gratifying to see the sharing and fun that occurs between all our members.

    Keep up the good work!!

    Until Next Time
